Important Note

All APEE 50^th Meeting events will be hosted at Caesars Palace Las Vegas. APEE has contracted an additional room block at Horseshoe Las Vegas to accommodate delegates for the meeting. Please see the details below and the link to make a reservation in the contracted room block.

Contracted Room Rates

The standard single/double contracted lodging rate at Caesars Palace Las Vegas is $219.00 per room night plus a daily resort fee ($40.00 per room night) and applicable lodging taxes (currently 13.38% per room night).

The standard single/double contracted lodging rate at Horseshoe Las Vegas is $159.00 per room night plus a daily resort fee ($35.00 per room night) and applicable lodging taxes (current 13.38% per room night).

The APEE contracted room rates are available April 3-7, 2026 (Friday through Tuesday). Please note guests may make reservations in the block at group rate until Wednesday, March 4, 2026.  After that time, the group rate will be offered based on hotel availability only.

Phone Reservations

For guests that prefer to phone in their reservations, they may call our Reservation Center at 866-227-5944 (Caesars Palace) or 800-358-8777 (Horseshoe) to secure a reservation on your group block. However, they should be aware that a processing fee per reservation will be incurred if they choose not to use your dedicated weblink. The name of the group is listed as APEE 50^th Meeting.  Callers may also use your group code to identify the group, SCAPE6 (Caesars Palace) or SBAPE6 (Horseshoe).
