Contracted Room Rates

The standard single/double contracted lodging rate at Caesars Palace Las Vegas for the APEE 50^th Meeting was $219.00 per room night plus a daily resort fee ($40.00 per room night) and applicable lodging taxes (currently 13.38% per room night). The standard single/double contracted lodging rate at Horseshoe Las Vegas was $159.00 per room night plus a daily resort fee ($35.00 per room night) and applicable lodging taxes (currently 13.38% per room night). The APEE contracted room rates were available April 3-7, 2026 (Friday through Tuesday).
