Registration and Refund Policies


Eligibility for Registration

All conference attendees must be at least 21 years of age at the start of the conference and able to verify age with valid photo identification. Anyone meeting that criteria is eligible for conference registration, but the association reserves the right to approve or decline registration.


Membership Requirement

All conference attendees must be current members or purchase membership with conference registration.

The membership year for The Association of Private Enterprise Education (APEE) begins with the start of the APEE fiscal year (July 1 of each calendar year). Memberships expire at the end of the calendar year corresponding to the member year. Memberships purchased after the start of the APEE fiscal year expire at the end of the following calendar year (i.e. membership purchased after July 1, 2025 expires on December 31, 2026). Print members receive four issues of The Journal of Private Enterprise.

Registration Rates

The registration rates for the APEE 50th Meeting follow:

  • Professional Member – $499.00
    (Non-members selecting this option will be prompted to purchase membership. Individuals interested in print membership should select this option.)
  • Professional Non-Member – $599.00
    (This option includes complimentary online membership.)
  • Student Non-Member – $599.00
    (This option includes complimentary online membership.)
  • Young Scholar – $100.00 (By Application and Invitation Only)

  • Exhibitor – $849.00
    (This option includes professional conference registration, complimentary online membership, and exhibitor space.)
  • Guest – $499.00
    (This option does not require membership. Eligibility is limited to non-professional and non-student attendees.)
  • Institutional Membership – $3,000.00
    (This option provides the following benefits: (1) Recognition in the conference program; (2) Recognition during the opening dinner AND (3) Up to five professional/student conference registrations.)
  • Institutional Membership – $2,500.00
    (This option provides the following benefits: (1) Recognition in the conference program; (2) Recognition during the opening dinner AND (3) Up to three professional/student conference registrations and one exhibitor registration.)

All conference registration rates will increase by $50.00 after Wednesday, March 4, 2026.

Refund Policy

The cancellation policy for the APEE 50th Meeting follows:

  • Cancellation before March 22, 2026: Full refund of the conference registration fee.
  • Cancellation after March 22, 2026: Partial refund of 50% of the conference registration fee.
  • Cancellation after March 29, 2026: No refund.

Print memberships are non-refundable.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to apee.meeting@ttu.edu.
